Complimentary consultations are available for all services. Consultations may be required for new guests requesting service appointments of 2.5 or more hours (such as highlights, ombre/balayage coloring and Yuko Straightening) prior to the service appointment.
Appointments are recommended well in advance.
We understand rescheduling an appointment is sometimes necessary. As a courtesy to other guests and service providers, a 24-hour notice is requested should a rescheduling be needed.
In-salon or Phone-in Appointments
In-salon or phone-in appointments for select services are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be assessed cancellation fees. Details are available at the time of booking. Appointments made in-salon or by phone and guaranteed with a credit card indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Rates & Release Waiver
We offer you 5 different levels of service providers at Bastian Salon. The level is determined by education, experience, advanced skill and demand. Our pricing will reflect the completely personalized work we create for you. Service rates and pricing are determined during consultations. Service provider level is subject to availability. Hair length conventions are used as guidelines in determining service rates and pricing. Whatever level you choose, you’ll enjoy excellent service with Bastian Salon.
On occasion, promotions will be made available in-salon and online. Please see promotion details for specifics. Discounted rates and/or promotions may not be combined. All services rates are subject to change without notice.
A signed release waiver may be required at the technical/professional discretion of salon management in collaboration with the service provider. Refusal to sign a release waiver may result in non-performance of select requested service(s).
Every effort is made to ensure a satisfactory experience at Bastian Salon. If for any reason, you are less than satisfied with your hair or salon experience please contact us within 7 days of the service visit to determine what remedy, if any, can be applied. All service sales are final.
Product Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with an Aveda purchase, guests may exchange the purchased item with its original Bastian Salon receipt for another equally priced or higher item(s).
Other Product Purchases
Appliance sales are final. Defective products will be directed to the appropriate manufacturer or distributor for remedy.
Non-Aveda brand products may be exchanged with its original Bastian Salon receipt within 10 days of purchase for another equally priced or higher item(s). For hygienic reasons, purchases of a personal nature, such as brushes, are final.
